About the Project

A house that is earthy, inviting, mystical, and elegant.  This was an exciting house to design custom decorative lighting, illuminated weaving, and outdoor lit bamboo.  The colors are sage greens and gray-blues and there is texture through the different materials of rock, crystal, glass, wood, precious stone, and the landscape.   The kitchen pendant lights span along the long kitchen island.  The colors in them are incorporated into the cloud chandelier above the breakfast area.  In the study, and beautifully seen from the road in the evening the weaving illuminates the space.  Each family member came and pulled out an accent strand in this piece.  Then looking out the windows, bamboo frames the outside area around the pool.  An extraordinary home where we were able to create custom illuminated pieces to highlight the beauty and add energy to the different spaces.
