About the Project

These cloud pendants are creatively arranged for The Legacy Midtown Park Independent Living Courtyard.  As the sun passes through these glass pieces the colors dance below in beautiful reflections.  The essence of each piece is illuminated with light from within and from the sun shining through the transparent colors.  The shape of these cloudlike forms glimpses the beauty of the organic process that creates them. 

Glass is one of the few materials which we shape with our breath, glass in this way holds life like each of us.  The organic shapes and colorful essence inside each of these forms capture imagination, spirit, and wonder.  The thought arises, how does the light travel through each of us?

The two weavings in the dining room help divide the space up into intimate areas while letting light still travel through.  The name of this piece is Pathways.  The glass weavings provide a beautiful and colorful screen to bring romantic intimacy and calming energy into the space.
