Wortley

The Wortley Niches design came directly from the fabric of their sofa!  Working closely with designer Connie Davis and client Tricia Wortley, we pulled from the colorful and organic fabric design.  As Carlyn sketches the design into the niches, the organic shapes and bright colors come to life.   The suspended sculptures are illuminated with LEDS and suspended from the middle bracket which is a custom metal armature holding the lights and the weight of the glass. As the glass disperses out of the metal with blossoms of all colors, the leaves and flowers emerge in all of Mrs. Wortley’s favorite colors.  The piece brings motion, color, and happiness into the room and creates a spectacular environment.
