NEW YEAR
NEW BEGINNINGS
The start of the year brings a sense of freshness and happiness. The team has settled into the new studio, where creative energies are thriving. Last year was a great success, but this new space, combined with strong team leadership, has created an environment that fosters organization and eliminates the rush. As a result, clients frequently comment, “This piece is beyond our expectations!”
Our company prides itself on meeting client schedules and offering a seamless, white-glove experience from design to installation. As 2025 begins, it is a time to reflect on the journey that has led to this moment. From Carlyn Ray’s humble beginnings—living out of her car, starting the studio through Kickstarter, and living in the studio with Chai for many years—to now feeling the rewarding flow of hard work paying off, it has been an incredible progression.
“Having such an exceptional team has made working together and creating designs more enjoyable than ever. I feel that is my greatest accomplishment so far – my team.” – Carlyn Ray
Thanks to the immense love and support from the local community, Dallas has proven to be the ideal place to start the studio. The team is deeply grateful to those who champion small businesses, support entrepreneurs, and contribute to the flourishing Dallas art scene.

Art Reaching Out
This marks the fourth year the Wichita Falls Council for the Arts has welcomed 40 talented local students to participate. Above the Wichita Falls custom glass logo, we showcase leaves designed by the students, each featuring an inscribed word that inspired them during the creative process, such as feeling of “kindness,” “belonging,” and “mesmerized.”

Carlyn Ray has always envisioned her nonprofit growing hand-in-hand with her business. The ARO board works hard to bring in a group of 20 students each week. We’re excited about the incredible lineup of student groups we have and are always looking for new ways to partner with organizations and schools. Our main focus is supporting 8th- to 11th-grade students from underserved areas.
If you have any contacts or suggestions, we’d love to hear from you!
